Registration’s now open for Paddle for Life 2025, the annual fundraising voyage supporting Maui County’s cancer ʻohana, with the goal of raising $300,000. Organized by the Pacific Cancer Foundation, Paddle for Life invites participants to paddle from Maui to Lānaʻi—or join virtually from anywhere in the world. On October 4, participants will voyage from Lahaina across the ‘Au’au channel to Manele Bay, Lana’i, camping overnight, and voyaging back, a 36-mile roundtrip journey with an estimated 25 canoes and over 450 cancer survivors and supporters.
