Registration is now open for the 14th Annual Paddle Imau event from Maui happening on Sunday, July 13. The race takes place after the Maliko Run down the North Short of the Valley Isle and takes paddlers eight miles to the finish at Kanaha Beach park in Kahului where a family-friendly Ohana Festival will take place. Paddle Imua continues to grow in international reach, attracting participants from across the globe including Australia, Canada, Japan, Spain, Brazil, France, the Netherlands, French Polynesia, and more. Racers from the neighbor islands and the mainland are also gearing up to take part in this year’s event, making it a global gathering of ocean athletes.
